Premium Portfolio Finance is a mortgage broking business that was established to service a small client portfolio and provide ongoing support for your home lending needs.

My name is Hayden Dempsey and I am the owner and lending manager of Premium Portfolio Finance.

I operate differently to some mortgage suppliers by using a structured approach to sourcing the most appropriate loans for my clients.

I aim to set myself apart from other brokering practices by providing long-term solutions, providing all my clients with their own personal banker who can move with them through their financial goals and life changes. This support is both beneficial for the bank and client, providing a safety buffer for all mortgage transactions.

This is achieved by mapping your unique financial profile and then tailoring the most effective solution. Purchasing a new home, refinancing, or deciding on an investment can be a stressful experience. I then break down the options and utilise my extensive industry experience to structure and develop a solution that suits your needs and lifestyle.

A little about me…

Having followed a rather unconventional path into the Broking Industry, I began my formal training as an accountant and had varied roles ranging from small WA owned credit societies to one of the big 4 Banks. I then made the move to a career in brokering, accumulating 8 years of experience (so far) in the finance sector. My passion for PPF is fueled by the belief that brokers should provide clients with the service of their own personal bankers who can move with them through their financial goals and life changes.

I estimate that 90% of my business comes from word of mouth referrals. Customer satisfaction is just one of the reasons I have featured on the 2018 list of MPA Young Guns, which recognises the top young brokers across Australia.

My qualifications include a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking).
